Peter Newstead - a very talented goalkeeper, signed from Westfield in the close season, has a big kick and is a good shot stopper, represents Sussex at Under 18 level and attracting interest from a host of league clubs.  

James Lightfoot - very good shot stopper, much improved goalkeeper in the past two seasons, progressing well. His confidence growing with every game, Reserve team player.

Ben Watson - ever reliable wingback, always gives 110%, his small stature doesn't faze this tough tackling, whole-hearted player, can play in most positions, but plays them well, Reserve team player.

Steven Hedges - a defender with potential, has a lot of heart and commitment for the team, becoming a good player, should be pushing for a Reserve team place signed in the close season from Tackleway.

Sean Kelly - sweeper with a very shrewd football brain, tough in the tackle and comfortable with the ball at his feet. A big asset, currently returning from a serious injury hopefully can become as good as he once was.

Rhys Hodges - last season's most consistent performer, Rhys is a very assured defender with a good strike of the ball, very confident with the ball at his feet, and has a lot of skill, been offered trials for Fullam when he was younger. Has represented the Reserves.

Mark Gall (captain) -a very able defender, the 'rock' in our defence, with a lot of motivation for himself, and the team. Always gives 110% every game, signed pre-season from Beckenham Town, a Reserve Team regular, one to watch out for. Should be pushing for a game in the first team next season.

Kym Monroe - extremely talented midfielder when his mind is in the game, very skilfull with a lot of ability, Reserve Team player, who had caught the eye of League Club side Fulham.

Joe Harmer - signed from St Leonards, since then has become a consitent performer, recently moved into the Right Back position and becoming an asset to the team,Currently one of the best players this year, made Reserve Team debut at 15 years of age.

Ricky Matthews - signed from rivals St.Leonards in the close season, good with the ball at his feet, quick and a very good engine a key part of the team.

Kenny McNaughton - Great deliverer of set-plays, good passer of the ball with great vision, very dangerous on the wing can always help change the flow of any game, Reserve Team player.

Tim Olorunda - big, strong, competitive midfielder with great touch and skill on the ball, represented his County. Reserve Team regular, played his first game at the age of 17 for the first team and hopefully can get more, has enjoyed spells with Southampton.

Sam Thompson - very confident on the ball, and a good passer of the ball with good vision, good at attacking with a good shot. Has been on trials for Arsenal.

Nicky Styles - used to be one of the best players in the town, just starting to get back on track, quick and skillful given a chance.

Ashley Spice - prolific goal scorer, signed in the close season from Tackleway, one of the best finishers around with a lot of skill and flair.

Shane Rincic - tall, strong forward with tremendous ability, great touch and bags of skill, currently one of the best in the team with a good performance every week, one to look out for town. Always gives 110%  has represented Hastings Town Reserves.

Daniel Ellis - Has just joined Under 18's from Brighton & Hove Albion, playing 2 years above his own age group and seems to be fiting in very well, has good ball control and skill, has a bright future within the town.

Billy Morton - Just signed for Hastings, Good utility player. Very quick and will keep going, Confident on the ball and a decent shot on him, right footed should be pushing for a regular spot in the team next season.
